January 2007. Modec announced that its products Mold Control 500 and MDF-500 have been approved and licensed for use in all fifty states including the State of California.

President and CEO of Modec, Inc., Brian J. Kalamanka, indicated that MDF-500 is the only licensed product from Sandia National Labs that has been approved for use nationwide including California. MDF-500 has been used extensively nationwide and has been particularly successful in remediation efforts for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. It has been used to remediate and restore millions of square feet of commercial and residential structures.

The Company also received its Drug Identification Number from Health Canada (DIN 02293064).
