Modec directly licenses multilple patented and patent pending decontamination technologies developed by the federal government and commercial entities. they are as follows:

1. Pursuant to its License 00-C00872 Sandia Corp. Modec has worldwide rights to market and distribute MDF-200 to military agencies and authorized end-users. Modec also has a GSA contract and multiple approved NSN configurations available. Modec sells MDF-200 directly to authorized military, federal and state agencies.

Sandia's Formulation is protected by the following US Patents No. 6,566,574, 6,723,890, 7,125,497, 7,271,137, 7,276,648 and 7,282,470 with other patents pending and nternational patent protection. Modec's Decon Formulation is not restricted under ITAR regulations. For more information, click here.

2. In July 2007, Modec executed a Non-exclusive Patent License Agreement with the US Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC) for Chemical Agent Training Compositions under US Patents No. 6,566,138 and 7,129,094 pursuant to PLA Project No. 0702P.
